
As part of North Tyneside Council’s brand refresh, we were tasked to create a digital first version of their council crest, to be used in conjunction with the more familiar ‘Civic’ version that is used on printed materials, signage and liveries.
Alongside the digital logo version, we developed a series of flexible yet robust brand guidelines, staff toolkits and document templates so that council employees could work with and use the refreshed visual identity in a co-ordinated and consistent way.
To help with this, we held a series of handover workshops with council employees to ensure a smooth transition to the updated look and feel.
