We were asked by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) to create a campaign that helps communicate the main benefits of the NHS Healthy Start scheme, as well as raise awareness of the new way to pay using the Healthy Start Prepaid Card.

Following a discovery session with NHSBSA we developed a group of illustrated characters based on the types of food available through the scheme using the Healthy Start Prepaid Card. The characters were designed to create a friendly and approachable tone, be understandable to a non-English speaking audience and be visually impactful and memorable on social media channels.

The campaign also appeared on a range of other channels including GP screens, printed leaflets, point of sale screens, digital posters and toolkits for partners to use in their own marketing.
