The Business Factory, North Tyneside Council’s business support programme, provides support to anyone or any business, in North Tyneside.

We helped the team at the Council to refresh their existing brand by developing a strong new logomark, a flexible colour coded visual identity and a brand messaging system backed up by a set of robust brand guidelines. We went on to help develop and updated their website along with a series of case study films involving interviews with local business owners who have been helped by The Business Factory.
