The Innovation SuperNetwork is a ‘network of networks’ that has brought together over 5,000 businesses (…so far!) to generate fresh ideas, new market opportunities, knowledge and investment. As part of the Innovation SuperNetwork - VentureFest North East and FinanceCamp provide leading annual networking and finance events for local entrepreneurs.

Following an initial briefing session we quickly established a core message that resonated across all the Innovation SuperNetwork’s activities - Making connections. Working with this theme and the existing VentureFest brand, we developed logos and design systems for Innovation SuperNetwork and FinanceCamp, which shared a connected visual language backed up with abstract images and an icon suite.

We’ve worked with Twentyseven for a number of years on brand proposition, design and web projects. We chose Twentyseven because of their efforts to understand our brand positioning from a holistic point of view early on in the process. This significant thought up-front subsequently led to much better design work and meant that the timescales and budgets for delivery were kept in check.
