After three years and a £7 million refurbishment, restoration and redevelopment, Preston Park Museum emerged from its scaffolding shell complete with a brand new visual identity. Nestled alongside the River Tees, the museum is a former Georgian gentleman’s residence, which now houses a vast collection of artefacts telling the story of the local area.
“We were delighted with the service provided by Twentyseven Brand and Design. From understanding the initial client brief to delivering a vibrant and engaging range of options, Twentyseven made the process of branding approach, design and delivery a great experience for all concerned.”
Development Manager, Museums and Heritage
We were asked to rethink Preston Park’s brand from the ground up. We created a logo based on the building’s iconic weather vane, and a visual language that encompassed the wide variety of points of interest at the museum and grounds. We produced a set of brand guidelines to facilitate the rolling out of the brand across the many applications.
